With society continuous developing,we became involved in machining business wroking on OEM CNC machining products.

Our stamping products are widely used in household electrical appliance,agricultural machines,automobiles and other industries. CNC machining products specifically targeted in motorcycles,bikes,aircrafts,modified cars with raw material Al6061,7075,TC4(Ti Gr.5).

The stamping workshop,there have over 31 stamping machines ranging from 10T to 300T,capable to make product size 600X800 or 10mm by thickness. Product raw material could be hot rolling or cold rolling carbon steel,stainless steel,pre-galvanized or Zn-Al-Mg pre-coating steels,or do post coating like powder painting,e-coating, zinc after stamping and shaping. We also could do MAG,MIG,TIG welding and polishing to required stamping parts.

The CNC machining workshop,there have 5 CNC turning and milling lathes,4 turning lathes,4 CNC machining cetners and some drillers, our skilled engineers could do ODM/OEM,help designing or do complicate CNC machining by programming or rapid prototyping to reach customer's demand. We focus on machining Aluminum and titanium parts such as special bolts/nuts used in aircrafts and motorcycles,pure CNC machined parts for modified cars etc...
